Description:

We have a user who signed a Franchise Agreement for a cosmetic business which was worth roughly $30,000. As part of the agreement, there was suppose to be training provided to the user, along with other things, and the individual has failed to delivery. The user wants to speak to a lawyer about the contract he signed and figure out the next best steps.

Here is the user submission

"On July 2019 I entered into a contract with an individual for a franchise which involved training for cosmetic procedures. It was supposed to be a 4 month training course at max to this date 4 months I have only learned 1 of about 10 procedures with my shop opening this month. He tells me most of these other procedures are not necessary, but my point I paid for them the individual has nothing but excuses as to the progression of this training. This individual has falsified documents (fraud), misrepresented himself, way overcharged me for training supplies material he has committed fraud and I believe breached our contract."
