Should Lessee's present employer transfer Lessee's place of employment outside the immediate area (fifty mile radius) Lesse may terminate this Lease upon thiry (30) days written notics and payment of an additional sum equal to one (1) month;s rent. Lessee must present written notics from his employer to lessor. If lessee is inducted, recalled, trasnferred or discharged from military service, Lessee may terminate this lease uopn thirty (30) days written notics and payment of additional sum equal to one (1) month;s rent. Lesse must present o Lessor a copy of his/her military orders.

It is unclear what your exact question is. Unless illegal or unconconscionable, anything can be agreed to in a contract. Enforcing the agreement may require litigation. If you are asking if the clause is a valid one, it could be. If you are asking what to do if the landlord did not honor it, you may need to sue. If you are asking if this is standard and was not in the contract, the answer is no. You cannot assume it is. Hope this helps some. Residential lease agreement for furnished units?
I recently moved into a furnished unit and signed a residential lease agreement. However, I am unsure if the agreement I signed covers any damage done to the furniture. I want to make sure that I am protected in the event of any damage to the furniture and that I am not liable for any repair or replacement costs.

It is common in a residential leases which is furnished that the tenant is responsible for any damage to furnishings. You might want to check if this clause is in the agreement, or whether there is a provision that states that included in the cost of the tenancy is insurance to reimburse the landlord (but payable by the tenant) for any losses to such personal property. If damages are the responsibility of the tenant, you might wish to discuss with the landlord whether you could replace any claim for damages with an insurance policy that would cover such losses.

Are rental agreement templates reliable?
I recently signed a rental agreement that I found online. I was told that it was a legally binding document, but I am concerned that it may not be reliable because it was not drafted by a lawyer. I would like to know if rental agreement templates are reliable or if I should have the agreement reviewed by a lawyer.

A Washington State residential landlord/tenant template may or may not be reliable depending on who drafted it or provided it, whether or not it applies to a particular situation, and whether it is up to date (in 2023, WA State made several changes to the law). You can review the state law here: https://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=59.18 However, some cities/counties have additional requirements and/or provisions that also must be followed. It would have been a good idea to have an attorney review the document BEFORE you signed it.

I recently signed a residential lease agreement and have recently been made aware of association rules that may affect my rights and obligations as a tenant. Are there automatic renewals in rental agreements?
I am looking to rent a property and have read the rental agreement, however, I am unsure if there are any automatic renewals in the agreement. I have heard that sometimes rental agreements are set up to automatically renew after a certain period of time, but I am not sure if this is the case with my agreement. I am looking for clarity on whether or not the agreement I am signing includes any automatic renewals.
