General Release Of Claims
Florida
Asked on May 12, 2022
Do I need to hire a lawyer?
I need someone to review a release of liability and settlement agreement before I sign it. It involves a cosmetic procedure done on my body; there were prior procedures done with this provider that didn't turn out well and I'm seeking to correct the mistakes of the procedure with further corrective procedures and the provider wants me to sign another release contract.

It is always better to have an attorney review any releases of liability prior to signing as these documents can effect your ability to bring claims against the doctor/hospital if things go wrong.
