About Clinton End User License Agreement Lawyers
Our Clinton technology lawyers help businesses and individuals with their legal needs. A few of the major industries that represent Mississippi's economy include agriculture, fishing, and manufacturing.
Our platform has lawyers that specialize in end user license agreements. An end user license agreement (EULA) sets the legal terms between a software publisher and the user, outlining rights and restrictions for software use. ContractCounsel’s approach makes legal services affordable by removing unnecessary law firm overhead.

In my thirteen years of practice, I've had the opportunity to argue cases in state, federal, and tribal courts; in subjects as diverse as gaming, land tenure, water rights, treaty rights, finance, employment, criminal defense, conflict of laws, and tort (among others). But the real value I brought my clients came through avoiding litigation, fostering relationships, and developing long-term strategies.
