About Duncan Power of Attorney Lawyers
Our Duncan estate planning lawyers help businesses and individuals with their legal needs. A few of the major industries that represent Oklahoma's economy include energy, information technology, and transportation and logistics.
Our platform has lawyers that specialize in powers of attorney. A power of attorney, or POA, is a legal document that lets you appoint a person or organization to manage your medical, property, or financial affairs. In my thirteen years of practice, I've had the opportunity to argue cases in state, federal, and tribal courts; in subjects as diverse as gaming, land tenure, water rights, treaty rights, finance, employment, criminal defense, conflict of laws, and tort (among others). But the real value I brought my clients came through avoiding litigation, fostering relationships, and developing long-term strategies.
