I am licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as in the United States Federal Court, Southern District of Florida. I have been involved in the legal profession for the last eleven years, with four years spent as a Law Clerk and the other seven spent as an attorney. I have represented large corporations and individuals at hearings, depositions, and trial, as well as at both mediation and global mediation. I have handled complex Special Investigative Unit insurance claims, and pre-suit settlements when warranted. I have conducted Legal research on a variety of cases. I have extensive experience interpreting, reviewing and drafting contracts, drafting memoranda of law and motions to be submitted to the court. I have experience creating business entities from inception. I have also reviewed businesses internal structures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, with an extra focus in the health care industry. Since leaving the area of personal injury defense, I have focused my law practice in business law in the role of a general counsel to businesses. I have experience drafting a wide variety of documents required for the smooth functioning of small or medium-sized businesses.
