For over 18 years, I have been helping founders, startups, and investors throughout the US. I have assisted over 200 companies to finance, scale, and operate their businesses successfully. My background: I was a partner at three large law firms where I was head of the Technology and VC group, advising tech companies and VCs on corporate, funding, technology agreements, and ongoing business law matters. I started my legal career at PwC where I represented large funds and institutional investors on structuring companies and executing transactions. Over the years, I have worked with many VCs and strategic investors, including Silverlake, Temasek, and Amazon, who often referred companies to me to ensure that they were formed properly and to act as their outsourced general counsel as they scaled. Most recently, I was Chief Legal Officer of two companies, where I directed all legal affairs and helped to raise over $20M. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I was the 12th employee of a Softbank-backed startup in Silicon Valley, and I co-founded a few companies, so I have experience as a client and as an attorney, which enables me to offer more practical advice to clients.
