Employment Agreement Review in Tennessee by Daniel L. (1 to 50 pages)

Among my experience with contract negotiations/revisions are review of a 100 page contract for a franchisee of $1B industrial supplies company. We successfully negotiated the 5-year term to include a provision for the franchisor to voluntarily terminate (he was thinking about retirement) with only 30-day notice. We also successfully negotiated non-disparagement language, eliminated the non-compete, and protected him more fully from any suits by the company. Also along this experience is review of an orthodontist employment agreement that included a provision for the orthodontist to receive “percent of collections” payments.
