"Communication with Kelvin was a bit rocky. He got into an arguing match with me, which was incredibly unprofessional. The firm also apparently prefers to do business “after work hours” then complains when items are not sent and received “on time”, and then point to the fact it was after hours. The timeline was also too ambitious, and had to be extended. The lawyer he assigned me to work with did better, offered a sincere apology, and the project got completed. His was the lowest bid and fastest turn around, so I suppose I got what I paid for."
