Project Description

In 2023, a business in Pennsylvania sought assistance in drafting a content license agreement. The client aimed to structure the contract to clearly outline revenue sharing from web camming and online content platforms, ensuring that their venture received half of all payments generated. Additionally, they wanted to establish a three-year term that prohibited collaboration with competing agencies unless their share was compensated first. As a result, the client received five proposals from licensed lawyers, with flat fee bids ranging from $1,000 to $1,500, all submitted to meet the requested deadline of less than one week.
