What is an Addendum To Agreement?
An addendum to agreement is a legal document that is added to an existing agreement to modify the original terms and conditions agreed to. As long as all original parties to the existing agreement consent to the changes made therein, the addendum to agreement can be used to make minor to major changes. By using an addendum to agreement, parties to the contract can conveniently and efficiently make changes to portions of the existing contract without terminating the original agreement in favor of the new rules.
The purpose of the addendum to agreement is to provide an avenue for contract parties to make changes.
