What is a Group Agreement?
A group agreement is a contract between multiple parties that establishes guidelines for meetings, discussions, and sensitive information in a group setting. The contract includes details regarding who the parties are, what roles and responsibilities they must uphold, and what the consequences will be if they don't. The group agreeement ensures that all parties to the contract understand the specific rules and regulations that govern their partnership.
The purpose of the group agreement is to legally document the manner in which groups interact with one another. This both protects the interests of all involved parties and provides legal recourse that can be taken if one or more parties does not abide by the agreement.
