What is a Legally Binding Agreement?
A legally binding agreement is a contract between two or more parties that makes the terms and conditions of their relationship enforceable. Any agreement that is drawn and signed by both parties can generally be classified as a legally binding agreement. However, there are some limitations. In order for a contract to be legally binding, it must not require either party to do anything illegal. It must also have adequate consideration for both parties and must be mutually beneficial for all in order to be recognized at a legal level. Finally, all legally binding agreements must contain offer and acceptance from one party to another.
