What is an Organization Agreement?
An organization agreement is a document that summarizes the financial decisions, including the rules and provisions issued by limited liability companies. The most crucial purpose of an organization agreement is to manage the business's internal operations according to the business owners' wishes, goals, and needs. An organization agreement must be signed by the members of the limited company to be enforced, after which all company members will be legally bound by the terms and rules of that agreement.
Organization agreements are functionally similar to organizational charters. However, they can also be used in a single-member limited liability company to show that the company in question is legally recognized as it's own entity, which protects individuals' personal finances from being held accountable for business-related debts.
