What is a Subject Agreement?
A subject agreement is a contract between two parties that designates certain subjective rights and legal obligations to one or both parties. The contract states who the parties are, who represents them, and what their roles and responsibilties are under the contract. This makes it easy for all parties to the contract to understand their roles under it, which helps to avoid legal issues. If they do arise, however, the contract provides important doumentation to back up claims, which can shorten the ligitation process, making it more convenient and faster to resolve disputes.
