What is a Training Contract?
A training contract is a contract between a company and a training institution that procures training services from the institution for the company. The contract includes details about what training services are being procured, for how long, and what fees will be paid for the work. It also states who is responsible for allocating training requirements and what other roles and responsibilties each party should take on.
The purpose of the training contract is to create a regulated relatonship between companies and training institutions. The contract also contains vital details about protocols to take to modify, extend, or terminate the agreement.
