We are having some renovations completed at our home and would like an attorney to review the contract before we sign.
"We appreciated her comments, but we were expecting to have notes or a written product provided. Instead, we were feverishly taking notes which didn’t leave us much time to consider her comments fully to ensure we understood. Additionally, it appeared to us as if she was reading the contract maybe for the second time word for word. It left us with the impression that perhaps there hadn’t been much preparation for our call. Finally, there was much confusion regarding the time of our call. She had agreed to my suggestion of 5:30 pm, but the call took place at 7 pm our time. Again, we appreciate her comments."
