DENTAL CONTRACT
"I asked if I could get clarification on something we talked about after the fact and before she would answer stated she would send me an invoice for either $450 or another $300 to discuss a contract we had already discussed. I just wanted clarification on a question we had during the zoom meeting we had discuseed but she wanted to charge me for another full review. Stating "our review ended the moment the zoom call ended". It also went over by a couple of minutes and she was rushing to get through it. I mean maybe that's a typical experience and I've just had really good experiences until now. Every other lawyer I've hired for all my contract reviews were so helpful esp with questions without paying them again. I just feel like you run your business how you want. I respect it. It's just not for me. I'll stick with the lawyers similar to those I've worked with in the past. It's my own mistake. She had a lot of good reviews so I was honestly surprised."

Than you for your feedback. We met for over two hours, which was what was more time than was included in our engagement. When you reached out, you requested that I re-review the agreement and assist with additional negotiations without charge. I offered to answer any questions you had, but informed you that additional meetings would require additional fees. I am unable to offer my time and services free of charge, but I was hoping that the additional hour we spent outside the scope of work would be enough to meet your needs.
