"Very disappointed. Work was very low quality to where it didn't feel usable. The template used was extremely dated and any change from the description of what I was looking for to the initial template did not go well defeating the purpose of paying for a lawyer vs just downloading a template (which would have been higher quality as well!). Also was not very responsive and not located in the US (only answered around 2am US times) making it harder to communicate and adding to delays"
