"0 Stars During the initial call, William indicated that he had included the "maximum scope," which in my case was creation of the documents and not just review, and that it could be adjusted after seeing the documents. Evidently, this was not Williams intention, and it appears to have been said to win the contract. After being hired, I put our conversation in writing on the ContractsCounsel communication page for my project. William then spent more effort explaining that his fee was the same regardless of scope than he did on the rest of the project. The responses to any question or concern are also very likely generated by AI. A few easy tells: 1. long reassuring messages no human would spend the time writing, 2. never requesting clarification when my messages contained contradictions. Therefore, beyond the questionable tactics up front, the service itself loses its point — I do not believe I received any value for what I paid."

At a certain point, one has to question whether this reflects more on the person being reviewed, or the person giving the review. I wish we could have had a more mutually-respectful and empathetic experience, however, I still appreciate the business!
