"5 Stars — Excellent Experience Allen did an excellent job reviewing and revising my contract suite for Flow Pilot AI LLC. He was thorough, responsive, and extremely clear throughout the entire engagement. What stood out most was that he went beyond simply redlining the documents. He explained the reasoning behind his recommendations, identified issues I had not initially considered, carefully addressed my follow-up questions, and worked through multiple revision rounds until we had a clean, production-ready contract suite. His review covered liability and indemnification, AI-specific risks, call-recording and communications compliance, data/privacy considerations, third-party technology providers, insurance alignment, and the operational procedures that support the agreements. Communication was excellent, turnaround was fast, and the final deliverables were organized and practical. I would absolutely work with Allen again for future technology, AI, and contract matters. "Disappointed with the quality and transparency of the service. The lawyer was not licensed in Rhode Island despite being matched for RI work with Contractscounsel, he failed to disclose this upfront. WOuld have been curtious to do so. though I should have done some more research myself. Drafts appeared unreviewed, heavily AI-generated, and contained errors that I had to catch myself. Rather than guiding the initial scope properly, the project felt dragged out. Project is still not completed, but I will continue with another lawyer."

First, my bid for this engagement disclosed directly and clearly that I am not licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut, or Massachusetts, and explained why that does not prevent this type of document review and drafting work, that was there from the start, before you hired me. Second, my use of AI-assisted tools is disclosed openly on my profile, and every analysis I provide reflects my own independent review and professional judgment as a licensed attorney, nothing goes out unreviewed. I'm sorry to hear the pace and communication fell short of what you were hoping for, that's not the experience I aim to give any client, and I would have welcomed the chance to address it directly had it come up while the engagement was open. There were multiple revisions, specific business terms I wanted incorporated, questions that came up along the way, and details that needed to be addressed before I felt comfortable moving forward. Allen was there throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that Allen didn't simply draft a document, send it to me, and consider his job finished. He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, answered my many questions, explained the reasoning behind his recommendations, and continued working with me through the revisions and final execution of the lease.
