Home seller dealing with solar lease agreement issues
"I was very disappointed with this experience. I was trying to find a lawyer who would represent me on a breach of contract for a solar lease. Instead I got a lawyer who confirmed he could read the contract at least as well as myself, and thus repeat things I already knew (not helpful for me). I felt like he was defending the company who wrote the contract - even went as far as telling me that I'm an adult and signed the contract and thus have to deal with it. I did not feel supported or represented by this lawyer at all. I ended up finding another law firm experienced in Solar Contracts - they treated me with respect, advocated for me, and outlined potential paths I could take to dispute the contract. A far opposite experience than what I had with this lawyer. Unfortunately I had to spend $456.80 to learn from this experience."
