"Attorney was knowledgeable in matters. Asked us to include him in group email, but when dispute happened via e-mail, Attorney did not address the dispute until asked to do so. When asked to address dispute, suggested that we should be diplomatic in matters. When another dispute happened via email that he was included in, did not reach out to us."
