AI Services Agreement that covers TRAIGA, TCPA, and TDPSA compliance.
"Anna delivered exceptional work on a complex AI services agreement requiring compliance across multiple active regulatory frameworks — TRAIGA, TCPA, TDPSA, A2P 10DLC, and Texas SB 140. What set her apart was demonstrating specific knowledge of the enacted TRAIGA statute before being hired, catching an error in my existing agreement that several other attorneys missed entirely. She delivered a thorough redline, a plain-language regulatory roadmap, a client onboarding framework, and a standalone CRM addendum — all within scope and on time across multiple revision rounds. Her analysis was precise, her communication was professional throughout, and she treated every question with the same level of care. I will be keeping Anna as my go-to attorney as Ore Ridge grows. Highly recommended for any business operating at the intersection of AI, SMS compliance, and Texas regulatory law."
UrbanPop: Updates to current documents
"Anna was exceptional to work with. She delivered a comprehensive legal framework for our two-sided marketplace platform, five documents in total including a Short-Term Commercial License Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Booking Liability Acknowledgement, all reviewed, redlined, and delivered with a plain language roadmap explaining how everything works together. Her understanding of Texas commercial law, marketplace intermediary structures, and clickwrap enforceability was immediately evident. She also went well beyond the original scope by flagging pre-launch compliance items, advising on our payment flow, and preparing a manual execution version of the license agreement for our first deals before the platform goes live. Responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting things right. Highly recommended for any founder building a marketplace or platform business."

"The only unfortunate thing I dint think of is if we negotiate a revision I don’t have an active version to work with. Thats on me. He was very quick, kind and affordable. I appreciate it."

Legal Review & Quote Request — UrbanPop Marketplace (Houston, TX)
"I engaged Anna to review and finalize five legal documents for UrbanPop, a two-sided short-term commercial retail marketplace I am building in Houston, Texas. The scope included a Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Short-Term Commercial License Agreement, and a Booking Liability Acknowledgement. Anna delivered ten documents in total, redline and clean copies for each, along with a Platform Legal Framework Roadmap that explained every revision and how the documents work together as an integrated system. That alone was above and beyond what I expected. What stood out most was the depth of her understanding of the specific legal issues involved, license versus lease classification under Texas law, clickwrap enforceability, non-circumvention clause drafting, and CCPA and TDPSA privacy compliance. She did not treat this as a generic document review. She understood my business model and the legal architecture it required. Beyond the documents themselves Anna flagged several pre-launch items I had not considered, confirmed my payment flow was correctly structured, advised me on removing an unnecessary signature pad in favour of a more conversion-friendly clickwrap approach, and even prepared a manual execution version of the License Agreement for my first deal before the platform goes live, none of which was part of the original scope. Responsive, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting things right. I will be working with Anna again as UrbanPop grows. Highly recommended for any founder building a marketplace or platform business."

Commercial Lease Renegotiation
"I hired Heather for limited-scope commercial lease counsel during a time-sensitive landlord dispute where every day mattered for my business. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing—not because of legal knowledge, but because of communication, transparency, and client care. As a first-time small business owner navigating a complex lease dispute, I was relying heavily on clear guidance around process, scope, deadlines, and next steps. Instead, communication often felt reactive, unclear, and at times condescending rather than collaborative. After paying the full $799 upfront, I moved forward based on the understanding that the demand letter was the recommended immediate next step to preserve leverage. There was no clear communication that additional authorization was required before the letter would actually be sent, nor was there timely clarification when I followed up. In a time-sensitive legal matter, assumptions like that matter. As the engagement progressed, additional fees for basic follow-up questions, mailing options, and clarification around next steps continued to surface in ways that felt piecemeal rather than transparent from the beginning. What was most disappointing was the tone of certain communications. Comparing a legal engagement involving an actively delayed commercial lease, financial pressure, and business risk to “buying milk and eggs at the grocery store” felt dismissive and lacking empathy for the seriousness of the situation. Attorneys absolutely deserve to be compensated for their expertise, and I fully respect scope boundaries. My concern was not being charged for additional work—it was the lack of proactive clarity, the hands-off approach in a highly sensitive matter, and communication that at times felt more transactional than advisory. If you are a sophisticated client who already understands legal workflows, billing boundaries, and exactly what to ask for, this may not be an issue. But if you are a first-time entrepreneur navigating a high-stakes legal matter and need strategic guidance, proactive communication, and a sense of partnership, this was not my experience. Maybe I asked too many questions—but when your business, lease rights, and livelihood are on the line, I’d rather be the client asking “too many” than the one learning what I should have asked after it’s too late."

Consultation for Cease and Desist Letter in Business Dispute
"Chaz was extremely helpful, thorough, and professional. I hired him for a cease and desist letter involving an unauthorized use of my company’s business identity, EIN, and credit. He took the time to review the documents carefully, explain the legal issues in plain English, and help me understand the strengths and challenges of my situation. What stood out most was how organized he was. He prepared a legal analysis memo before our call, walked me through the authority issues, and adjusted his approach after reviewing additional company documents. He was patient, clear, and never made me feel rushed, even though the situation involved several complicated details. The final work product was strong, detailed, and tailored to my specific facts rather than feeling like a generic template. I would definitely recommend Chaz to anyone who needs a knowledgeable attorney who communicates clearly and takes the time to understand the full picture."
