Do I need to create separate warranty terms specific to my company as a distributor in the USA? I started last year the distribution company for Windows and Doors from European Manufactory / Greece . This manufacturing is the first time is sell products in USA through my company, but with the products I have to provide to USA Clients the warranty terms, so I want to ask some experts if I have to use the manufacturing terms to my clients or my company asis distribution company in USA need to create warranty terms ?
