Hello ******! Thank you so much! If I can clarify, are you selling these to your clients at retail or are you just facilitating the delivery between the manufacturer and the client?

Ok got it! If I may - do you already offer some sort of warranty separate from the manufacturer?

So I haven't heard back from you in a while on this, which is no big deal! I know you just had a question question. Ok so the short answer is since the manufacturer ALREADY has detailed warranty terms, you can certainly rely on them. You aren't required to offer an additional warranty and if the manufacturer is already offering one, consumers can rely on that. Because you are acting as a distributor, you would be at least partially liable for facilitating the warranty, such as arranging for transportation of the items back to the manufacturer. You don't need your own separate warranty; however, you can certainly sell them to your buyers to suggest to them that for a small fee, everything regarding pick up, drop off, and transportation to and from the manufacturer is covered free of charge for two years, for example. For instance, many local dealerships will offer their own separate and special warranty on a foreign vehicle on top of the manufacturer's warranty. In your case, you could still reference the manufacturer’s warranty but clarify that your company is the main point of contact for U.S. customers. This can ease communication and help avoid confusion if issues arise. Nevertheless, I can always review your warranty agreement in even greater detail for $*** (which is 10% off the regular price of $*** since you are a member of the site. Just let me know. Thanks!
