"Dolan was excellent to work with. I hired him to help with the legal documents for 3DPrintMe, a 3D printing marketplace with physical products, custom commissions, digital downloads, Stripe Connect, Shippo shipping, seller payouts, user-generated content, DMCA/IP issues, refunds, disputes, and payout holds. He clearly understood the marketplace model and provided practical, tailored revisions instead of generic website terms. His comments were especially valuable because he explained the reasoning behind the changes, including platform/marketplace positioning, seller responsibility, Stripe Connect Express language, digital licensing, AI-assisted content, prohibited items, DMCA repeat-infringer language, chargeback recoupment, and payout risk controls. He was fast, responsive, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend him to founders building marketplaces, SaaS platforms, e-commerce sites, or digital-product businesses."

I'm so sorry about this situation! I want to address your situation with a detailed response, so if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask because this law stuff can get complicated. 1. You may have to wait until Tuesday, but you still have a good chance to help yourself with this. If you haven't received your EIN and it's been more than a reasonable amount of time (usually a day for online applications or 4-5 business days for fax applications), call the IRS Business & Specialty Tax Line at 1-800-829-4933 (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM local time). 2. If you applied online, sometimes the confirmation email with your EIN can end up in spam. 3. If you did not receive confirmation that the application was successfully processed, you may need to submit it again or follow up with the IRS. 4. You can use third parties, too. Some companies like LegalZoom, Incfile, or Northwest Registered Agent can expedite the EIN process. If you’re in a rush, they might be able to obtain it faster for a fee. 5. If you originally submitted by mail and need to speed things up, try faxing Form SS-4 instead. The IRS processes faxed applications in about 4-5 business days versus weeks for mail. For Eastern States Fax Number: 855-887-7734 (including Connecticut)
