Michelle T.
I am an experienced, well-rounded attorney with a background specializing in trusts and estates, contracts and business law. I have extensive experience working with simple contracts all the way up to multi-million dollar deals.
"Michelle drafted an excellent and unique Post Nuptial agreement which outlines a very specific "process" that will be used to divide assets in the event of divorce. Since assets can change value daily, traditional "splitting an asset list" methods are often outdated within a week of signing. Michelle rose to the challenge at a very reasonable price. Other, "meter man" attorneys would have charged at least 5x more. I highly recommend Michelle!"
Valerie I.
Miami-based transactional attorney specializing in corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property, family law, and other general counsel assistance.
"Valerie was knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough in reviewing my 1099 contractor agreement. She explained everything clearly and made sure my interests were protected. Highly recommend her for independent contractor agreements."
Michael K.
A business-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving corporate lawyer with in-house counsel experience, ensuring the legality of commercial transactions and contracts. Michael is adept in reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and generally overseeing policies, procedures, handbooks, corporate documents, and more importantly, contracts. He has a proven track record of helping lead domestic and international companies by ensuring they are functioning in complete compliance with local and international rules and regulations.
"I've worked with Michael quite a few times now and must say, his professionalism, knowledge and approach make it such a pleasant experience. He's helped me with multiple business ventures and now consider him as a permanent part of our legal team. He is highly recommended."

Florida Business Attorney Needed for Pre-Launch Review of SaaS Documents
"Allen reviewed the full legal package for my early-stage SaaS — Terms of Use, subscriptions and billing, privacy policy, and disclaimer. The thing that made the difference happened before I hired him. He flagged a Florida Bar rule that affected a feature I was building, unprompted, while still bidding. He was one of five attorneys I spoke with and the only one who did that. It changed my product, not just my paperwork. The work itself was thorough and practical rather than academic — a full redline with written answers to seventeen questions, delivered ahead of schedule. Everything came with the reasoning attached, so I understood why each change mattered instead of just accepting it. He also stands behind his work. When I came back with follow-up questions after the engagement had closed, he answered them promptly and without charge, and made a distinction I had missed that improved my own proposed approach. If you're a solo founder who wants to be told what actually matters and why, I'd recommend him without reservation."
Reply From Allen L.
Thank you for the thoughtful review — I'm glad catching that Florida Bar issue early made a real difference for your product, not just the paperwork. Wishing you continued success with the SaaS launch. -Allen

Review Terms of Service & Privacy Policy for Florida Fantasy Sports App
"Allen drafted and revised the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for my fantasy sports app. He didn't just hand over boilerplate: he asked how the product actually worked, then wrote language that fit it, including an arbitration section and a clause covering what happens if a platform my users connect to cuts off access mid-season. When I asked why a provision was written a certain way, I got a real explanation rather than a brush-off, and when I had a decision to make he laid out the options and the tradeoffs instead of choosing for me. He also reviewed my checkout flow and caught a gap I hadn't thought about. Responsive throughout, clear on scope and cost, and easy to work with."
Reply From Allen L.
Thank you -- I'm glad the terms of service and privacy policy ended up fitting how your platform actually works, arbitration section and all. Wishing your app a strong launch. Allen
