Lawyer Reviews for Florida Terms and Conditions Projects
Florida Business Attorney Needed for Pre-Launch Review of SaaS Documents
"Allen reviewed the full legal package for my early-stage SaaS — Terms of Use, subscriptions and billing, privacy policy, and disclaimer. The thing that made the difference happened before I hired him. He flagged a Florida Bar rule that affected a feature I was building, unprompted, while still bidding. He was one of five attorneys I spoke with and the only one who did that. It changed my product, not just my paperwork. The work itself was thorough and practical rather than academic — a full redline with written answers to seventeen questions, delivered ahead of schedule. Everything came with the reasoning attached, so I understood why each change mattered instead of just accepting it. He also stands behind his work. When I came back with follow-up questions after the engagement had closed, he answered them promptly and without charge, and made a distinction I had missed that improved my own proposed approach. If you're a solo founder who wants to be told what actually matters and why, I'd recommend him without reservation."
Reply From Allen L.
Thank you for the thoughtful review — I'm glad catching that Florida Bar issue early made a real difference for your product, not just the paperwork. Wishing you continued success with the SaaS launch. -Allen
