I am a business-focused attorney. My practice covers all aspects of business law - from entity formation and contracts to real estate transactions and employment matters. My career interests are to practice Transactional Corporate Law, including Business Start Up, as well as Real Estate Law, Estate Planning Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
