Construction Services Agreement Review by Elisher W. (1 to 50 pages)

Included in my fee: - an initial consultation, either by phone or email, to learn the scope of the construction plans, the kind of agreement needed, and any specific concerns or considerations for the agreement itself - drafting agreement from scratch, revising a form agreement, or redlining a draft agreement provided to you - revisions directly from you based on your needs - one round of revisions responsive to the other parties response. NOT included in my fee: - substantial back and forth negotiating key terms of the agreement - drafting and/or revising Scope of Work details, other than basic formatting - follow up conversations with the other party regarding contractual disputes. Anything not included could be added to the project for an additional fee depending on the nature of the additional work. If the additional work would be on-going and/or substantial, the additional fee would have to be on an hourly basis.
