"Was disappointed with the way Bryan was not as involved in the project as much as we would have liked. As a start up company, we needed someone who was involved and engaged in our project just as much as we did, but he delayed our project by several days, and also put us aside as what felt like a side-project whenever he was free during his regular day job and traveling between weekends. And when it came to reviewing the actual contracts for healthcare industry, it seemed that Bryan did not have an understanding of what we exactly needed. We really don’t have a complete checklist of all the things you might want to include, and it depends on the particularity of your situation.. frequently a template might be missing something or it’s a vague or it’s broad and it creates a problems. However, detailed do you choose your contract to be is after the parties.. but it’s always about who is doing what to whom and how how they are getting paid and how is liability resolved

Cease and Desist
I have received a cease and desisit a few months ago for procticing unlicensed massage. I have never done such. I am a Reiki Master Practitioner which has nothing to do with massage. Unbeknownst to me FL considers this massage!! This is ludacris. Whoever deemed Reiki as massage needs to do research. Now I've been placed into the National Practitioners Data base as a unlicensed massage therapist. I have no desire to practice massage. Please advise on how I can remedy this situation. Gratefully thankful for any direction.

You will have to explain why the state of Florida is involved in this matter? I suggest you write a letter to National Practitioners Database to explain the matter clearly and provide proof of you licensing.
