Project Description

In 2023, a business in Ohio posted a project seeking assistance with drafting a content license agreement. As a start-up streaming platform focused on broadcasting and producing movies and television, the client required a straightforward agreement to legally broadcast content from third-party creators. Lacking an attorney with expertise in entertainment law, they aimed to clarify the essential terms without unnecessary complexity. As a result, the client received six proposals from licensed lawyers, with flat fee bids ranging from $500 to $1,050. All proposals were submitted to meet the client's tight deadline of less than a week, ensuring timely support for their new venture.
