Project Description

In 2023, a new venture in Georgia sought assistance with drafting a content licensing agreement to enable the broadcasting and production of movies and television on their streaming platform. As a start-up without in-house legal expertise in entertainment law, the client's primary goal was to create a straightforward agreement that would allow them to license content from third-party creators while ensuring clarity on financial terms such as a royalty system based on usage or sales. As a result, the client received seven proposals from licensed attorneys, with flat fee bids ranging from $675 to $1,500, all submitted to meet the requested deadline of less than a week.
