- Step 3: Fill out how many days it will take for payment to be completed after invoices are sent. Include the amount per month for late charges if invoices aren’t paid on time.
- Step 4: If the contractor is accepting money via mail, their postal address needs to be included.
- Step 5: Fill out the percentage of a fee that the client must pay the contractor if the cleaning session is cancelled and notice hasn’t been given.

- Step 7: Write down how many business days of written notice must be given before the contract can be terminated.
- Step 8: If the client doesn’t pay for services or breaches other material provisions in the agreement, they have to pay outstanding balances within a certain amount of days of termination. Specify the number of days.
- Step 9: Enter the name of the state in which parties may initiate mediation or arbitration in the event of a dispute.
- Step 10: Input the relevant state where litigation will occur if parties don’t agree on other dispute-resolution methods.
- Step 11: Write down the name of the state that governs the agreement.
- Step 12: Fill out the effective date of the agreement, as well as personal details of both parties: names, email addresses, home addresses, and phone numbers.

- Step 14: Exhibit B. Here, you can fill out weekly, bimonthly, and monthly cleaning schedules. It provides days of the week and start and end times.
Key Clauses Included in the Cleaning Services Agreement Template
ContractsCounsel’s cleaning services agreement template contains essential clauses that protect both parties. They include:
Services
The contractor agrees to provide all the listed services in the agreement. Details about the compensation they will receive for their work are clearly specified.
Supplies
The contractor needs to provide their own equipment and supplies to complete their duties. There could also be agreed-upon supplies the client will be responsible for providing.
Independent Contractor Status
The contractor is not an employee of the company, so they are not eligible for any employment benefits.
Confidentiality
Since the contractor will have access to the client’s property and private information, this clause states that they will not share any sensitive information with others.
Indemnification
Both parties hold each other harmless from claims such as damages and losses, preventing disputes.
Cancellation
An important clause on what happens in the event of cancellation of cleaning sessions is included. It has information such as how parties can provide notice ahead of cancellation.
Termination
Parties can end the contract at any time, as long as they agree on it. However, this could vary if there is a contract breach.
Dispute resolution
Should a disagreement arise, parties need to know how to navigate the dispute process. The agreement mentions mediation and arbitration, while providing guidance should the dispute go to court.

I have had my own law practice since 2014 and I enjoy solving my clients’ problems. That’s why I constantly stay on top of the latest developments in the law and business of startups, entertainment, art, intellectual property, and commercial enterprise. I constantly keep learning because everything I learn helps me make my client’s life better. I assist clients in all aspects of copyright, trademark, contract, trade secret, business, nonprofit, employment, mediation, art, fashion, and entertainment law. Even though I am licensed to practice law in NY, I have worked for clients all over the country and even in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. No matter the client, I always look for ways to protect their assets, artworks, businesses, and brands with strategies to help them grow. I am a fluent bilingual legal professional who can analyze complex legal and business problems and solve them creatively for the benefit of my clients. I am detail-oriented and attentive which makes me excellent at negotiating, drafting, and revising all types of agreements and deals. I advise creatives and companies on intellectual property issues, risk management, and strategic planning. My clients love what I do for them because I employ a practical, client-tailored, and results-oriented approach to their case, no matter how small.
"Solid substantive work on a B2B services agreement review. Danny strengthened the data rights, IP, and liability sections with precise definitions and useful statutory references, delivered ahead of schedule, and his cover memo was clear and well-organized. Would hire again."

I help small business owners build and protect their dreams. I always thought that I would just be a litigator. Then I joined an intellectual property clinic in law school. We were helping nonprofits and small businesses reach their goals. I fell in love with the work and decided to open my own firm so I could keep helping them. When I decided to start Victrix Legal, I decided that it would be a modern law firm designed to serve professionals. It would be different from every other law firm. In my experience, my law firms are designed to promote inefficiency and reactionary lawyering. Because in most firms, you make more money when you spend more time on a project. And you lose money if your client doesn't get sued. In my opinion, that's a built-in conflict of interest. My firm is different. I use flat fees for most basic projects to keep costs predictable for you and incentivize efficiency. I offer long-term advisory plans and legal audits to prevent issues from happening. I want my clients to see me as their business partner, not just the guy they call when they are in trouble. If any of that interests you, please reach out to me. I offer free consultations. Let's set aside some time and talk about what your legal needs are.

My clients know me as more than just an attorney. First and foremost, my background is much broader than that. Prior to attending the Valparaiso University School of Law, I earned a Master of Business Administration and ran a small business as a certified public accountant. Thanks to this experience, I possess unique insight which in turn allows me to better assist my clients with a wide range of business and tax matters today. In total, I have over 20 years of experience in financial management, tax law, and business consulting, and I’m proud to say that I’m utilizing the knowledge I’ve gained to assist the community of Round Rock in a variety of ways. In my current practice, I provide counsel to small to medium-sized businesses, nonprofit organizations, and everyday individuals. Though my primary areas of practice are estate planning, elder law, business consulting, and tax planning, I pride myself on assisting my clients in a comprehensive manner. Whenever I take on a new client, I make an effort to get to know them on a personal level. This, of course, begins with listening. It is important that I fully understand their vision so I can help them successfully translate it into a concrete plan of action that meets their goals and expectations. I appreciate the individual attributes of each client and know firsthand that thoughtful, creative, and customized planning can maximize both financial security and personal happiness. During my time as a certified public accountant, I cultivated an invaluable skill set. After all, while my legal education has given me a deep understanding of tax law, I would not be the tax attorney I am today without my background in accounting. Due to my far-reaching experience, I am competent in unraveling even the most complex tax mysteries and disputes. My CPA training benefits my estate planning practice, too. In the process of drafting comprehensive wills and trusts, I carefully account for every asset and plan for any tax burdens that may arise, often facilitating a much smoother inheritance for the heirs of my clients. Prior to becoming certified as a CPA, I made sure to establish a solid foundation in business both in and out of the classroom, and the acumen I’ve attained has served me well. Not only am I better able to run my own practice than I otherwise would be; I am able to help other small business owners fulfill their dreams, as well.

Flat-fee confirm-and-redline: healthcare RCM services agreement fee
"Dolan reviewed a services agreement and wrote a fee-structure opinion for my healthcare technology company, a fixed-fee project with real complexity across federal rules and multiple states. He delivered in a day, in tracked changes, with every blank filled and every question answered directly from primary sources instead of punting to "consult local counsel." He even corrected a citation in my own research materials and pointed out a case that cut against my position so I would not rely on it blindly. Clear writer, fast, and worth well more than he charged. I have already brought him a second matter."
Quick, user friendly and one of the better ways I've come across to get ahold of lawyers willing to take new clients.
