What is an Exclusive Business Cooperation Agreement?
An exclusive business cooperation agreement is a contract between investors that facilitates business cooperation and distribution of assets. By creating this agreement, investors are able to decisively determine what each person will contribute, what their share of the profits will be, and what the roles and responsibilities of each are. This fosters a positive working relationship between the parties while giving each legal recourse to take if a breech of contract occurs.
Perhaps the most valuable thing the exclusive business cooperation agreement offers is security. Once signed, it signifies that both parties understand and agree to the terms of the contract.
