Project Stabilization Agreement Defined
Jump to Section
What is a Project Stabilization Agreement?
A project stablilization agreement is a contract between a project manager and a developer that governs the relationship between the two parties. The agreement achieves this by determining work rules, compensation guidelines, benefits offerings, and dispute resolution techniques. By drawing and signing a project stabilization agreement, the parties are able to more seamlessly work together with a lesser chance of legal complaints arising.
The main goal of a project stabilization agreement is to provide vital structure to the relationship between a project manager and developer. This ensures that both parties are fully aware of their contractual roles and responsibilities and that they can be held accountable if either breeches the terms of the contract.
