What is a Proposal Agreement?
A proposal agreement is a contract between two or more parties that makes an offer regarding a legal issue between the two parties. The agreement states who the parties are, what the agreement aims to remedy, and what the proposal is. The contract can be used to accomplish a range of initatives. It differs from other contracts in that it is a preliminary document to an acceptance contract. If both parties find the terms within acceptable, another agreement further outlining the terms and conditions of their relationship will follow. If not, the agreement will be modified until it is.
