What is an Undertaking Agreement?

A undertaking agreement is a contract between two or more parties that outlines the specific project each party is responsible for. This type of agreement can be used for business projects, construction projects, and more. By outlining the expectations and responsibilities of each party involved, a undertaking agreement can help to avoid confusion and conflict during the project. Whether you're considering creating a undertaking agreement or need one for a current project, it's important to understand the details and implications of this type of contract.
