"I am very unhappy with her services I was overcharged on a invoice about the time spent on a document and invoiced me charges almost $500 dollars when in reality i was supposed to be billed for 10mins .i had to contact customer services to resolve the issue . Customer services handled the issue very personally. and i am very pleased with the results that owed her no monies.if you do hire karen ,make sure to be very detailed on the exact times she will be spending on your documents."
