"I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Allen. Five stars honestly feels like the minimum I can give him. I hired Allen to help me with a residential lease that became much more involved than I initially anticipated. There were multiple revisions, specific business terms I wanted incorporated, questions that came up along the way, and details that needed to be addressed before I felt comfortable moving forward. Allen was there throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that Allen didn't simply draft a document, send it to me, and consider his job finished. He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish, answered my many questions, explained the reasoning behind his recommendations, and continued working with me through the revisions and final execution of the lease. Allen was also remarkably patient and responsive. There were times when additional questions or issues arose that could easily have been considered beyond the original scope of the project, yet I never felt that Allen was simply watching the clock or looking for an opportunity to close the engagement.
