Technology like A.I. can be a powerful tool to enhance the delivery of information, such as generating a friendly, approachable tone, similar to how Grammarly helps with sentence structure, grammar, and punctuation. Understandably, customers should always trust that the accuracy of the answer has been vetted by a verified expert and A.I. tools are only there to enhance and improve the delivery of our conversation. Artificial intelligence technologies are not a replacement for the human element that a real, verified expert brings to the experience. So while I use a variety of tools to help organize and make sure my answers are clear and complete, I thoroughly review the answers based on my education and real-world experience as a lawyer for several decades to make sure the answers are accurate and valid.
