Jared Fields is an experienced business lawyer and litigator with experience in diverse industries and practice areas. Prior to launching his own practice, he served as the chief legal officer for a group of privately-owned companies, including a real estate development group, construction companies, multiple franchisees, and a professional soccer team. As a result, he is experienced in real estate transactions, commercial agreements of varying degrees of sophistication, employment matters, and litigation, as well as general business legal advice. He was also an in-house attorney for a renewable energy company, where he was responsible for litigation, investigations, enforcement actions, and related securities filing disclosures. Mr. Fields also spent many years as a litigator in private practice, representing clients in matters ranging from securities litigation, to breach of contract, to cases involving real estate and financial services. Mr. Fields has particular experience in legal matters that may involve complex financial, accounting, valuation, and other quantitative issues.

I am the Managing Partner of Adams Global Immigration, a Business Immigration Law firm focusing on nonimmigrant visa processing (H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, TN, etc.) and immigrant visa processing (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, NIW, etc.). I have many years of business immigration experience, including legal work at Jackson and Hertogs, Fragomen, E&M Mayock, and as a Freelance Immigration Specialist. My specialization includes complicated Request for Evidence responses and high-volume nonimmigrant visa preparation. I can provide legal advice regarding employment visa preparation, unique international travel issues, and various other complex immigration matters. Prior to joining Jackson & Hertogs in 2018, I served as a Certified Law Clerk with the San Diego Public Defender office through Thomas Jefferson School of Law (TJSL). In this role, I argued over 40 hearings in state court for criminal juvenile matters, adult misdemeanors, and adult felonies. I subsequently joined the TJSL Removal Defense clinic, wherein I argued and won a full asylum trial in Federal Court for a Moroccan refugee fleeing severe LGBTQ persecution.

Connor was born and raised in Coney Island, Brooklyn. He moved to Florida in 2017 after graduating from Brooklyn College with a Degree in Philosophy and Law. He continued his legal studies a at Nova Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, Connor was an active member of the Nova Trial Team, and he received awards for his litigation and trial advocacy skills. Connor is a skilled litigator and trial attorney. He is known for his public oration skills and conversational courtroom presence. He has both criminal and civil trial experience, and enjoys telling his clients’ stories to the jury to bring about justice. Guided by his deep belief in God, Connor always pursues the most professional and ethical outcome for his clients. He is zealous, scrappy, and tough. He is calm and sensible, yet relentless. When he’s not in the courtroom, Connor is an active member of the community and an experienced musician. He has received numerous achievements for his skills, abilities, and techniques as a harmonica player. He lives in Lake Worth, Florida with his wife, Jen, and their son, Ezekiel.
