Davis founded DLO in 2010 after nearly a decade of practicing in the corporate department of a larger law firm. Armed with this experience and knowledge of legal solutions used by large entities, Davis set out to bring the same level of service to smaller organizations and individuals. The mission was three-fold: provide top-notch legal work, charge fair prices for it, and never stop evolving to meet the changing needs of clients. Ten years and more than 1000 clients later, Davis is proud of the assistance DLO provides for companies large and small, and the expanding service they now offer for individuals and families.

Amy Bales focuses on the areas of corporate law, real estate, intellectual property (including trademarks, service marks and copyrights) and entertainment law. She is admitted to the Florida Bar.

Twenty-plus years experience in family law, employment law, public agency law, federal, state and local contracts drafting and review, appellate practice.

Recent law school graduate with an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering degree passionate about the intersectionality of law and life sciences. Admitted to New York and New Jersey Bar. Ability to add value in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology entity and provide a unique perspective to multiple disciplines.

Presently, I am a civil rights and insurance litigation attorney with a focus on representation government entities. Prior to this, I’ve represented some of the largest financial institutions in the world in litigation.
