I gained extensive experience in many areas of transactional law through my former position as corporate counsel at National Western Life Insurance Company and my current position as an Associate at Nance & Simpson, LLP.

I am a business, transactions, contracts attorney. I was the sole in-house attorney for a good-sized staffing company. I can review and create nearly any type of document you need. I enjoy writing, reading, and editing contracts. I want to read your contract. If I cannot do it, I won't take the job and I won't charge you for what I cannot do.
