My career interests are to practice Transactional Corporate Law, including Business Start Up, and Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as Real Estate Law, Estate Planning Law, Tax, and Intellectual Property Law. I am currently licensed in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Utah, after having moved to Phoenix from Philadelphia in September 2019. I currently serve as General Counsel for a bioengineering company. Jared Fields is an experienced business lawyer and litigator with experience in diverse industries and practice areas. I began my career with the U.S. Senate Energy Committee, where I gained insights into regulatory frameworks and the legislative processes. Following that, I honed my skills as a law clerk and prosecutor, providing me with a solid foundation in litigation and public service. My time working at reputable law firms focused on commercial litigation and criminal defense and has equipped me with the tools to navigate complex legal disputes effectively. Additionally, I worked as US Legal Counsel to an international energy corporation which has given me a unique perspective on the legal challenges faced by businesses today. I graduated from Georgetown Law in 2009 and have been practicing for fourteen years. I primarily work on commercial contracts. I specialize in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs for services companies, specializing in SaaS agreements. I have drafted online terms of service, acceptance use policies, and privacy policies for clients across a range of industries.
