I take client concerns seriously, but also need to stand up against misstatements. This review is comically inconsistent with every other review I've received (all five stars). While I cannot share details in order to preserve client confidentiality, I stand by the quality of my work, my responsiveness, and the fairness of my fees - and my reviews stand by those elements as well. Regarding fees, this site provides a clear explanation of billing policies at the outset, and they were applied consistently. Lastly, raising a complaint about rescheduling one meeting due to the fact that I had COVID displays an inordinate level of entitlement that is quite telling.
