"If you're looking for a lawyer who is very exquisite at law practice, stands in the client’s shoes, and helps solve problems, look no further than Michael C. I recently worked with him on our document review (Subscription Agreement and Operating Agreement). Michael was willing to hop on the call the next day and walked through our questions and concerns. He knows about the area very well and can explain it to you in plain language (not just the law language that are hard to understand).
