"I really don't like giving any ratings below 4 stars, but I feel like this transaction could have gone much smoother. Prior to the project, Bryan ensured me he knows the verbiage that should be used in the Terms and Conditions pertaining to my website. Well, that wasn't the case. I ended up doing the research and sending him what needed to be added into my terms and conditions. If I knew I would end up doing the research for my TOS, I would use an online template to make my TOS for $20 instead of paying $850 to Bryan."
