"Allen provided a very thorough review of a contract for a B2B independent consulting agreement with a prospective client. Allen counseled me on IP protection provisions that I should ensure are included within consulting agreements, which is extremely helpful to me as a new business owner. He also ensured that the contract accurately reflected the B2B nature of the consulting arrangement throughout, and even addressed a potential conflict between copyright laws in California and the Netherlands, which was relevant as this was a cross-border agreement between my Dutch entity and the client's California-based company.
